Founded in August of 2018 by Mechanical EIT Don Yee, Das Innovations follows the Kaizen ideology. Kaizen, being the Japanese word for “Improvement”, is a compound of the words, Kai (Change) and Zen (Good). This ideology focuses on striving for continuous improvement, in all aspects. Whether it is a manufacturing process or design, office layout, or work flow, there is always opportunity for improvement.
With this mindset, Das Innovations has encouraged approaching things with an investigative perspective and always looking for improvements to the current state.
Das innovations exercise’s this practice through the research and implementation of new materials, design approach, technologies, software, and manufacturing processes to achieve improved results.
